In fact, human society is indeed making progress, which shows that there is either an external force or someone has broken the balance. With regard to the role of external forces, because the cognitive level is not enough, I may only give an example of evolution: the small changes of human body and brain under the influence of the external environment. With the improvement of human overall intelligence, we have entered the information age. What about the function of internal force? You might think I'd cite people like Newton and Einstein who rewrite human thought and cognition, but they are only a small part of them. Even if everyone's personality is restrained in the social environment, human's own desire makes him want to break this balance and formulate new rules as soon as he has the opportunity. For example, the princes in the late Zhou Dynasty established their own doors, and the Modern World War II wanted to divide the world. It was the powerful people who seized the opportunity to break the balance. Once the balance is broken, it will stimulate the desire of more ordinary people. During the war, people long for peace, so they finally move towards reunification; In the handicraft age, people didn't want to be too tired, so machines came into being; After the guarantee of food and clothing, people want to pursue spiritual satisfaction, so various entertainment items appear. People's desire is unlimited, which may not be a bad thing. At least it shows that human society can develop all the time
这是我找出的应对方法。问题似乎已经解决了，但我仍然忍不住想：这个社会就真的不允许有着独特能力和思想的人成功吗？如果大家一直呆在社会的无限循环中一成不变，那人类不就停滞不前了吗？你可能会说，人类是作为一个共同体进步的。但倘若所有人都遵循着现有的价值观，现有的社会规律和自然规律生活，那社会就好像是一盘定格的棋局而不会有任何改变。事实上，人类社会确实是在进步的，这就说明要么有外力的作用，要么作文有人打破了平衡。关于外力的作用，因为认知水平不够，我可能只能举出进化的例子：人类的身体和大脑在外界环境的影响下发生的微小变化，随着人类整体智力水平的提高，我们进入了信息化时代。那么内力的作用呢？你可能认为我会举牛顿、爱因斯坦这样改写人类思想认知的人物，但他们只是其中很小的一部分。即使每个人的个性在社会的大环境下被抑制了，人类本身的欲望使得自身一有机会便想打破这个平衡，制定新的规则。例如，周朝后期的诸侯自立门户，近代的二战想要瓜分世界，都是有权力的人抓住机会打破平衡。平衡一旦被打破后，就会激发起更多普通人的欲望。战乱中，人们渴望和平，于是最终走向统一；手工业时代，人们不想身体太过劳累，于是产生了机器；衣食保证后，人们想要追求精神上的满足，于是各种娱乐项目出现了。人的欲望是无限的，这也许不是坏事，至少说明人类社会可以一直发展下去。
So back to the original question: does this society really not allow unique people to succeed? My answer is No. Everyone has his own desires, everyone exists as a unique individual, and everyone has a small or large impact on the society. Unique people may be difficult to succeed, but they are by no means impossible. Success is difficult. If you want to make a large number of people recognize you in this big social background, you need to meet their desires. For example, if you are a gloomy person, but you are capable and bring benefits to others, you will be recognized by them; But if you think gloom is an advantage and hope that others can suddenly appreciate this quality with a conscience, you are talking nonsense
那么回到原来的问题：这个社会真的不允许独特的人成功吗？我的回答是否定的。每个人都有自己的欲望，每个人都是作为独特的个体存在的，每个人都对社会有着或小或大的影响。独特的人或许难成功，但绝不是不能成功。成功是艰难的，你要在这个大的社会背景下让数量很大的人认可你，就需要满足他们的欲望。比如，你是个阴沉的人，但你很有能力，给他人带来了利益，那你会得到他们的认可；但你若是认为阴沉是优点，希望别人能良心发现的突然欣赏这个品质，那就是在痴人说梦了。
