" character interview: The elder sister that becomes a teacher "
《人物访谈：做老师的姐姐》
Today thing on Feburary 24, 2021, the place that works toward the elder sister before me goes finishing teacher winter vacation to be decorated interview task.
今天事2021年2月24日，我前往姐姐工作的地方去完成老师寒假布置得访谈任务。
A nursery school teacher is before my elder sister, she taught the flower of 120 motherlands future, she present is a Le Gaohe little process designing teacher, she ever guided a student to enter contest of teenage science and technology for many times, guided group also wins first prize for many times, guided a group to enter contest of countrywide BRC robot 2019, obtained outstanding result. The educational industry that I feel the profession of my elder sister is this society made great contribution, I very the elder sister that admires me, accordingly I am taking the following to visit my elder sister.
我的姐姐以前是一位幼儿园老师，她教育了一百二十位祖国未来的花朵，现在的她是一位乐高和少儿编程老师，她曾多次带领学生参加青少年科技大赛，带领的团队也多次获得一等奖，并在2019年带领团队参加全国BRC机器人大赛，取得了优秀的成绩。我觉得我姐姐的职业为这个社会的教育行业作出了伟大的贡献，我很欣赏我的姐姐，因此我带着以下几点来拜访我的姐姐。
Problem one: The teacher made what kind of contribution for this society.
问题一：教师为这个社会作出了怎样的贡献。
The other teacher of elder sister and company says they serve as a teacher, the teacher's existence reduced time cost of the parent not only, the health that still promoted the child grows, they apply accurate method to conduct the child's proper study.
姐姐以及公司的其他老师都说她们作为一位老师，老师的存在不仅降低了家长的时间成本，还促进了孩子的健康成长，她们运用正确的方法去引导孩子正确的学习。
Problem 2: Why can you want to become a teacher this industry?
问题二：为什么会想着去做老师这个行业呢？

姐姐说：教育工作使她快乐，因为孩子都很天真单纯活泼，孩子总是充满活力，充满朝气，和孩子相处久了会让我更加年轻。
Problem 3: What difficulty was encountered during becoming a teacher, be how overcome?
问题三：在做老师期间遇到了哪些困难，都是如何克服的呢？
My elder sister altogether encountered two difficult problem.
我的姐姐一共遇到了两个难题。

听姐姐说她幼师实习的时候没有做配班老师，就直接做了主班老师，不知道如何上课，面对孩子会有点紧张，后来经过上网看教学视频，向同事学习，不断参加培训，多次反复演课，最终克服了这个满分/困难。
Difficult problem 2:

姐姐刚当老师的时候，不太会处理问题学生，如：（上课坐不住，总爱跑来跑去的。脾气急躁动不动就扒拉其他小朋友的）后面通过和家长了解孩子在家情况以及结合在校情况，找到最好的办法，最后进行家校合作，成功引导孩子进行了正确的学习习惯。
Our interview gradually entered end, it is my elder sister next if to me this still is reading 5 grade child to say:
我们的采访渐渐的进入了尾声，接下来是我姐姐对我这个还在读五年级小朋友说的话：
The sister says: Hope I am happy on the life, healthy, hope in the family I respect elder, do not argue with elder, do a big child that has civilization mannerly, the hope gets along between my bright white man and person is to need mutual understanding and those who respect the other side. On study, the elder sister hopes I attend class classroom regulation consciousness should maintain, do not have twisted sitting position, attend class not to gaze around or the appearance of one's mind is somewhat unhinged, hope I am cherished go to school each minutes of when attend class each second. On answer problem, do not resemble a leatherhead goose, hope I am active raise one's hand, ponder over a problem to solve a problem more, do a child that has ego logic thinking. When the exercise that finish, hope I am active and active, not dilatory.
姐姐说：生活上希望我快快乐乐，健健康康，在家庭中希望我尊重长辈，不与长辈争辩，做个有礼貌有文明的大孩子，希望我明白人与人之间相处是需要互相理解且尊重对方的。在学习上，姐姐希望我上课课堂规则意识要保持住，不要有歪七扭八的坐姿，上课不要东张西望或魂不守舍的样子，希望我珍惜上学上课的每一分每一秒。在回答问题上，不要像个呆头鹅，希望我积极举手，多思考问题解决问题，做个有自我逻辑思维的孩子。在完成作业时，希望我积极主动，不拖拉。

After interviewing an elder sister, the difficult problem that I think of to she is encountered, remembered my teachers, whether did they also encounter similar difficult problem, because I also am a more piquant student, think I piquant at ordinary times bring how many trouble to them! Teacher this profession is how hard, nevertheless, they still are not had complain the education that does not have regret to wear us, because,do not have our piquant and abandon us, in new term, I do a student that defends discipline hard, do not increase difficult problem …… to teachers as far as possible
采访姐姐后，我想到她遇到的难题，就想起了我的老师们，他们是否也遇到了同样的难题，因为我也是一个比较调皮的学生，想想平时调皮的我给他们带来多少麻烦呀！老师这个职业是多么辛苦，尽管如此，他们还是无怨无悔的教育着我们，没有因为我们的调皮而放弃我们，在新的学期里，我努力做一个守纪律的学生，尽量不给老师们增加难题……(文/曹炯杰)
