暑假期间，我在妈妈的指导下，我学会了做简单的菜，我开心极了。

暑假的一个中午，我准备学番茄炒蛋。说干就干，我先从冰箱里拿来两个圆滚滚的大鸡蛋和两个红通通的大番茄，然后，我把鸡蛋轻轻敲开，蛋黄和蛋清像流水一样流进碗里，我用筷子使劲地来回打鸡蛋，打到冒泡为止，我又用锋利的刀把番茄切成一瓣一瓣的，像橘子一样。

因为以前在老家被油烫了一个小泡，所以很怕油作文/。一到煮菜的时候，我就怕待会儿把菜倒进锅里时，会不会被油烫到，每到这时，妈妈被我滑稽的动作给逗笑了，我也被自己逗笑了，笑声在厨房里回荡着。

Finally, I go in tomato, with the egg an agitate a few, not a little while, the tomato with one appetizing boiler fried an egg to come out. I placed to taste with the chopstick, alas! Forget put salt, I hurry spoon a few salt are put in, agitate after a few, I tasted again, hum, this falls a lot of.
过了一会儿，我就开始做菜了。我先开火让锅冒烟，然后，我倒了一些油进去，我再把鸡蛋倒进去之后，鸡蛋冒了一些泡，我又把鸡蛋翻了个身等鸡蛋煮熟之后，我把它捣成一块又一块的鸡蛋，形状各异。最后，我把番茄倒进去，和鸡蛋一起搅拌了几下，不一会儿，一锅香喷喷的番茄炒蛋就出来了。我用筷子夹了一块尝了尝，哎呀！忘记放盐了，我赶紧勺了一些盐放进去，搅拌了几下之后，我又尝了一块，嗯，这下好多了。
Look at the food that oneself make, resembled eating honey in my heart euqally sweet. I although meet,make simple food now, but learn to do even after me more delicate eat to mom, side mom reduces a burden.
看着自己做的菜，我心里像吃了蜜一样甜。我现在虽然会做简单的菜了，但是我以后还要学做更美味的给妈妈吃，帮妈妈减轻负担。
