炎热的夏天到了，有一只小蚂蚁发现了一大块圆圆的西瓜，小蚂蚁弯着腰，左脚在前，右脚在后，双手正推着西瓜，可是怎么也推不动，小蚂蚁就去找另一只小蚂蚁来帮忙，另一只蚂蚁想把西瓜扛起来，可是西瓜纹丝不动，小蚂蚁累得满头大汗。有一只蚂蚁说：“我们去搬救兵吧！”另一只蚂蚁说：“好的。”两只蚂蚁就回洞搬救兵了。

蚂蚁王国好热闹呀！两只蚂蚁通知了其它蚂蚁，所有的蚂蚁飞快地跑向有西瓜的地方。大家看见那么大的西瓜，眼睛都发光了，可是，该怎么把它运回家呢？有一只蚂蚁想到了一个好办法，就是拿来最大的炸药，把西瓜炸开，然后吩咐两只蚂蚁开来货车和吊车。小蚂蚁们从家里拿来炸药，装到西瓜里，点燃后，“咚”的一声，西瓜就炸开了。两只蚂蚁分别开着吊车和货车，来到有西瓜的地方。吊车的钩子上面挂着篮子，小蚂蚁挖着挖着，挖了一个大洞，小蚂蚁就把西瓜的果肉搬到篮子里，按下开关，吊车把篮子里的果肉倒进了货车里。就这样，蚂蚁们终于把西瓜的果肉运到了洞里。蚂蚁王国都变成西瓜王国了，水都变成了西瓜汁。把剩下的西瓜皮当成了滑滑梯，有的倒着滑，有的坐着滑，还有的拿来叶子，坐在上面滑，蚂蚁们玩得高兴极了！
